What counts as a connected account?+
An account is a single platform login or bridge connection. Linking one personal WhatsApp number, one corporate Telegram account, and one work email inbox counts as 3 connected accounts.
Can I change or upgrade tiers at any time?+
Yes. Tier changes apply instantly to your workspace. Upgrades bill pro-rata for the remaining days in your billing cycle, expanding your storage limits immediately.
What happens to my indexed history if I cancel my subscription?+
Your archive remains intact for thirty days after cancellation. You can trigger a full export of your structured message history and media files before the records clear from our active clusters.
Do you charge overage fees for high message volume?+
No. We do not count your messages. You can exchange five hundred messages or five million messages each month without paying an extra cent.
Do you offer an annual discount?+
Yes. Paying annually gives you twelve months of access for the price of ten, applied across all standard tiers.
